World Backup Day on March 31 is a reminder to everyone to secure their valuable data. To celebrate the day, Amazon is holding a storage sale with discounts of up to 67 percent on hard disks, memory cards, SSDs, and other storage devices. Some of the standout deals in the sale include the SanDisk 1TB Extreme microSDXC memory card for just $100, which is two-thirds off the regular price of $300.
The WD Black Gen4 PCIe NVMe 2TB SSD is also available at a 43 percent discount for PS5 consoles, priced at $170, instead of the regular price of $300. It offers read/write speeds of 7,000MB/s and 5,300MB/s respectively, making it perfect for seamless gameplay. It also works well for content creation on your PC. The 1TB model of the same SSD is also on sale for $125, offering a savings of 31 percent.
The SanDisk 2TB Extreme Pro portable SSD is available at a discount of 24 percent, costing $175. The SSD has a speed of up to 2,000MB/s (USB 3.2 Gen 2×2). The 1TB version is available for $130, a 58 percent discount. The 4TB model is available at $400, which is $500 off the regular price. However, two 2TB models are cheaper than one 4TB model.
Amazon also offers other deals such as WD’s 20TB Elements external HDD for $280 (45 percent off), Lexar’s 2TB NM800 Pro NVMe Gen 4.0 SSD for $112 (57 percent off), and Lexar’s CFexpress Type A Gold Series memory cards for Sony cameras at $272 (32 percent off). Last week’s Samsung SSDs and memory cards sale with savings of up to 54 percent is also still available.
